ALTA SURVEYS
An ALTA Survey is a formal survey prepared in conformance with rigid specifications as promulgated by the American Congress on Survey and Mapping (ACSM). An ALTA survey is typically used when property is bought and sold and is very commonly prepared in a large commercial real estate transaction.
